FAQs

What Does a holistic coach do?

As a Holistic Coach, I focus on integrating the mind, body, and soul to create harmony across all areas of your life.

I help you navigate various aspects, including relationships, career, physical and mental fitness, and spiritual well-being.

Through practices like meditation, mindfulness, energy work, and life purpose exploration, I guide you toward a more balanced and interconnected life.

My approach recognizes that every part of your life is deeply connected, and small changes in one area can create positive ripples in others.

Can I work with you if I’m also seeing a therapist or another coach?

Absolutely! Many people find that working with a therapist or another coach alongside a holistic coach leads to powerful results. Each professional offers a unique perspective and skill set, and together they can complement your growth journey.

Interestingly, my own journey into coaching was inspired by my ex-partner, a therapist, who saw the value of coaching and encouraged me to pursue this path. This insight reinforced my belief in the synergy between therapy and coaching.

Do you offer in-person or virtual coaching?

I primarily offer virtual coaching sessions over Zoom, which allows for flexibility and convenience no matter where you’re located. However, if you’re in the Salt Lake area, I’m open to offering in-person sessions upon request. My goal is to make the coaching experience as accessible and comfortable as possible for you.

How often do we meet, and for how long?

We typically meet once per week, with sessions lasting 15 to 30 minutes. However, if you have more complex needs or we’re diving deeper into a specific topic, sessions may extend up to 60 minutes.

My goal is to ensure each session provides the clarity and guidance you need while being flexible enough to adapt to your unique circumstances.

Do you specialize in any particular areas, like relationships or career?

I take a holistic approach to coaching, so rather than focusing on one specific area, I address the interconnectedness of all aspects of life. That said, I frequently work with individuals on areas such as relationships, career transitions, physical and mental fitness, and spiritual well-being.

My goal is to help you create balance and alignment across your mind, body, and soul, recognizing that challenges in one area often influence others. Whether you’re seeking clarity in your career, navigating relationship dynamics, or exploring your life’s purpose, I’m here to guide you toward a more fulfilled and harmonious life.

how Holistic Coaching different from a life coach or therapist?

A Holistic Coach focuses on the integration of mind, body, and soul to help you create balance and alignment across all areas of your life. Unlike a traditional life coach, who might concentrate primarily on setting and achieving goals, a Holistic Coach takes a broader approach, considering how different aspects of your life—like relationships, career, physical health, and spiritual well-being—are interconnected.

The key difference between a Holistic Coach and a therapist is that coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. While therapists are trained to help you process past traumas, diagnose mental health conditions, or resolve deep emotional challenges, a Holistic Coach works with you to clarify your vision, explore your purpose, and take intentional steps toward growth and fulfillment.

Who is your coaching for, and who isn’t it for?

My coaching is for anyone who is ready to take a holistic approach to their personal growth and well-being. If you’re seeking balance across your mind, body, and soul, and you’re open to exploring practices like mindfulness, energy work, and life purpose discovery, holistic coaching could be a great fit for you. It’s especially helpful for those navigating life transitions, seeking greater clarity and fulfillment, or striving to align their life with their values.

That said, my coaching isn’t for everyone. It’s not a replacement for therapy or professional medical care, so if you’re dealing with unresolved trauma, serious mental health challenges, or crises that require clinical intervention, I recommend working with a licensed therapist first. Coaching is most effective when you’re in a space where you can focus on personal growth and take action toward your goals.

Ultimately, if you’re ready to invest time and energy into creating a more balanced and intentional life, I’d love to explore how we can work together.

How do I know if you’re the right coach for me?

The best way to know if I’m the right coach for you is to start with a conversation. Coaching is a deeply personal experience, and it’s important that we both feel aligned in our values, goals, and communication style.

My approach is holistic, meaning I focus on the integration of mind, body, and soul. If you’re drawn to exploring areas like mindfulness, energy work, life purpose, or creating balance across your relationships, career, and well-being, my coaching may be a good fit for you. I work best with individuals who are ready to take an active role in their growth and are open to new perspectives and practices.

During our initial consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in a coach. This gives us both a chance to see if we connect and if my approach feels right for you. Ultimately, finding the right coach is about trust and alignment, so I encourage you to listen to your intuition as well.
